I'm currently using Linux Mint Cinnamon and I need to convert over 75 Audible titles from their format to MP3 so I can play them on my iPod. Since this is quite a task, I'm wondering if there's an easy method to do this on Linux, or if I'd be better off using my Microsoft desktop instead. I remember using something with 'aax' and 'booklib' in the past, but I wasn't exactly an expert at it.

I really like using AudibleTools. It operates on ffmpeg, which is pretty powerful. It has a straightforward interface that makes the conversion less of a hassle!
You should definitely check out Libation for this. It's a great tool that can help you convert Audible files easily on Linux. It simplifies the process a lot!
A little search can go a long way! I found OpenAudible, which might do the trick for you. Plus, if you're looking for command-line options, I'm sure there are tools available for that as well.
Is Audible even a file format? If it is, you might be able to write a simple bash script and use ffmpeg for the conversion tasks. That could streamline the process quite a bit!
