I'm trying to prepare my system for Windows 11, but I need both UEFI and secure boot enabled. However, both of my disks are currently set up as MBR. I found a way to convert them to GPT, and it looks like the validation worked for Disk 0, which contains the boot drive. The problem is with Disk 1, where I've been storing games. I deleted everything on Disk 1 to try to convert it, but now the command prompt says it can't find any OS partition on that disk. I'm feeling a bit lost on how to proceed. Any advice?

Before making any changes to your disk setup, it's super important to back up your data. Even if you deleted stuff, always back up everything important first! As for converting MBR to GPT, remember that MBR2GPT is mainly designed for Windows. It won't modify other disks like your Disk 1, so that's why you're running into issues. Stick to converting just the boot drive for now.
Looks like you're in a bit of a tricky situation! It’s crucial to understand that MBR2GPT is meant for the Windows disk, so it won't touch Disk 1. Since you formatted it, it might be easier to recreate the partitions using Disk Management or a similar tool. Just ensure you don’t try converting the non-OS disk by accident!
