How can I delete a pending macOS Tahoe update that hasn’t been installed?

I was trying to install macOS Tahoe to get the installer app, as Software Update has typically handled this in the past. I mistakenly entered my user login info, which caused my laptop to restart, but I hard shut it down before anything was installed. Now the Tahoe update is still showing as pending in Software Update, and I've run the terminal command `softwareupdate --list --all` which confirms it's there, waiting for a restart. I'm looking for a way to delete this downloaded but not yet installed update. Is there a command like `softwareupdate -reset` or `softwareupdate -clearcache`? I've checked the `/Library/Updates` folder, but it only has a few text files without the actual installer. I even looked into the logs with `softwareupdate --dump-state`, but nothing obvious stood out. Any guidance would be super helpful!

Have you checked the storage section in the settings app? Sometimes updates will show up there, and you might be able to delete them directly from that menu.

Nope, nothing related to updates appears in that section.
