How can I diagnose crashes in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024?

I'm running into some frustrating crashes while playing Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. My screen goes black, and my monitor shows 'no signal', but the audio keeps playing, and the fans remain on until I have to force shut down my PC. I've noticed that crash reports from other applications sometimes mention Windows.UI.Xaml.dll as the culprit, but my Windows installation is brand new. This issue has happened before, and my RTX 3060Ti graphics card seems to be fine as I've had no overheating problems or power issues. I ran OCCT to stress-test my system, and everything was normal until the crash. Interestingly, this issue only occurs in MSFS 2024; other intensive games or benchmark tests run without any problems. It seems like this specific crash isn't widely reported in the MSFS community, where most people are experiencing desktop crashes. So, I'd love some advice on how to diagnose the issue further, such as checking more crash report logs, trying different drivers, or any other troubleshooting steps. I'm open to providing more details if needed!

You might want to take a look at your RAM. Try reseating it and running a memory test with MemTest86 to check for any underlying issues.

Have you thought about checking the Event Viewer after the crashes? It can provide useful information about why the crash happened, which might help you narrow down the issue.

I know MSFS 2024 is DX12 only, but if you can tweak any settings to see if anything changes, it could help rule out software glitches. Just looking to eliminate potential issues on that front!

Tried various settings, but no luck; it's still locked on DX12.
