I recently got a Staples wired keyboard (model 59551-CA) and I've noticed that some of the function keys are hardwired to shortcuts like F1 being sound up and F11 launching the calculator. This is super frustrating when I want to use the regular function keys. I've heard about PowerToys, but it seems complicated, and I'm not sure how to use it. Is there a simpler way to disable these shortcuts?

You might want to check if there's a configuration utility for your keyboard that lets you change those default shortcuts back to the usual function keys. It could just take a little digging to find out who the actual manufacturer is for Staples' keyboards.
Yep! And if you can’t find the software, remember that holding down the Fn key while pressing those function keys might let you use them as intended. Give that a shot!
