How Can I Disable Google’s AI Summary?

I'm really frustrated with the AI summary that appears at the top of my Google search results. No matter what I'm looking up, this AI-generated info takes up a huge chunk of the page, and I'd much prefer to see actual sources instead. Is there any way to disable this feature?

You can try using this link: https://udm14.com. It modifies the URL for your Google searches by adding "&udm=14," which opens results in Google's 'Web' tab by default instead of the 'All' tab. This will strip out those annoying AI summaries and other clutter like shopping links! Just make sure to update your default search engine settings with that URL, and you'll see a cleaner results page!

omg thank you, it works too by removing all those translated options google kept showing me, like I'm already searching for an english term, don't make me do 3 more clicks just to see the original page.

This is the answer. It almost makes searches on the internet usable again.

Also, if you just add -ai to your search term, it should help remove the AI summary too. Give it a shot!

Funny you mention that! I’ve heard if you toss some profanity into your search, it might skip the AI summary entirely. Apparently, it confuses the AI which is interesting!
