I'm trying to install the desktop version of Bazzite for my NVidia 10xx card. The instructions point me to a download link on some page, but when I follow it, I end up on a GitHub page that only shows the source code. Can anyone help me find the actual download for the desktop version?

You won't be able to use the Steam mode with the GTX 1060, but the desktop version is available. Just go to the Bazzite website and hit the 'Download Bazzite' button at the top right! That should get you started.
I used the web helper tool on the Bazzite site, and it led me to a direct download for the ISO: [download.bazzite.gg/bazzite-nvidia-open-stable-amd64.iso](https://download.bazzite.gg/bazzite-nvidia-open-stable-amd64.iso). It's a bit of a maze, but it works! The GitHub link you mentioned is for the source code if you're looking to build from scratch.
When I was trying to download Bazzite, I selected Desktop > Nvidia GTX 9xx-10xx Series on their website, and then found the ISO under the 'New Users' section. It worked perfectly for me, so give that a try!
