I recently got an old PS4 from my cousin, and I've noticed that there's quite a bit of dust, especially around the charging ports and on the sides. I've tried cleaning it with wipes, but that hasn't worked well. The console works fine otherwise, but the fan tends to get really loud after a while. What's the best method for getting all that dust out?

Using a can of compressed air is generally one of the best ways to clear out dust from your PS4. Just make sure to hold the can upright so you don't spray any moisture inside. It's really effective for getting into those little crevices where dust can settle, especially around the ports. Be careful not to get too close, though, as some people worry it might damage the disk drive.
Yeah, I plan to give that a shot tonight too! My cousin didn’t clean it much at all, so I know there’s a lot of dust left.
I've heard some mixed opinions about using compressed air too. Some folks think it could potentially mess with the disk drive, but if done properly, it should be fine! Just don't go overboard with it.
