I'm dealing with a unique situation regarding my email setup. I have an address, [email protected], configured through SMTP2GO, which we use to send a lot of invoices and statements each month. A few of my users want to respond to replies that come back from this address. Since my domain is linked to SMTP2GO and I've previously had this email active on Zoho—which was blocked due to high email volume—I need help figuring out how they can reply to clients who respond to our emails. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

To clarify, when a client receives an invoice and replies, you want your users to respond back to those replies, right? You can adjust the reply-to address in SMTP2GO settings under the user tab. Just set it to something like [email protected] to ensure replies go where you want them. Let me know if that helps!
You can set the same address you send from in SMTP2GO as an alias in your mailbox system—if you're using Office 365, for example. This way, replies from clients can be accessed directly in your inbox without any hassle.
