I'm really struggling with my technology skills here. I tried to use a website to "trick" my computer into believing it has more VRAM, but it didn't help at all. Honestly, I don't even know how to check my PC specs. I've included a screenshot of the problem I'm facing in the comments. Any tips on what I can do?

From your screenshot, it seems like your graphics card isn't powerful enough for what you're trying to run. You can check your specs in the device manager under the display category to see what you have.
Reading those system requirements is super important. You should check those before trying to play any new games!
Honestly, not what you want to hear, but if you want to run that game, you'll need a better graphics card. If it's a laptop, upgrading might not even be an option. What's the model of your PC?
I can’t help but remember when I tried to download more RAM as a kid! Tech can be so confusing sometimes.
You can't actually add VRAM to a dedicated GPU, so that website probably misled you. If your graphics card is dedicated, you're out of luck in that regard.
It can be done with integrated graphics though! I have a ThinkPad where I boosted my VRAM in the BIOS. But yeah, if you have a dedicated card, that won’t work.
Right, you need a card that supports ray tracing and at least 8GB VRAM. No amount of trickery will let you get around that either.
