I'm having trouble keeping my RAM speed set to 3200MHz. Every time I change it in the BIOS on my A320M ASRock motherboard, it works for a bit, but once I restart or power down my PC, it reverts back to 2400MHz in Task Manager. Is there a way to fix this issue? I can't seem to find another method since my RAM stick only supports XMP, and I'm using an AMD CPU. Thanks for any help!

If you have XMP enabled, it might not be stable with those timings and 3200MHz. Try setting everything back to auto first, then make small adjustments. You may need to manually set the DRAM voltage to 1.35V for stability. After that, use the OCCT tool for memory testing to check your settings.
It sounds like you might have a dying CMOS battery if other BIOS settings are also reverting. You should check that out. Also, have you tried using software like Ryzen Master to manage your RAM speed? I think it can help, although I haven’t used it myself.
