How Can I Fix My RAW SSD?

I've been using two 1TB Silicone Power UD90 NVMe SSDs in my PC without any issues for a few months. Recently, I discovered that I can't update, install, or transfer any games to one of the drives due to a persistent "Disk Write" error. I've tried troubleshooting through Steam by clearing the cache and running as an administrator, but nothing has worked. Sometimes, the drive disappears from File Explorer and Disk Management, but reappears after a restart. I can't delete, move, or access any files on the drive, receiving a message saying, "A device which does not exist was specified." The BIOS always detects it, but various disk health software couldn't find it at all. I ran a scan on my other drive with chkdsk, and it was fine, but the problematic drive couldn't be scanned due to being recognized as RAW. I didn't lose much data, just a few games and some old school assignments. My question: can I wipe and reformat the drive, or should I just replace it entirely?

You might want to check the Event Viewer first to see if there are any specific errors related to your SSD. It's worth grabbing a screenshot of how it looks in Disk Management, as that can provide clues. If you need help interpreting what you find, just let us know!

I already took the drive out, so I can't check Disk Management anymore. Sorry about that!
