How can I get parental restrictions removed from my Apple account if my parent isn’t available?

I need some advice about getting parental restrictions lifted from my Apple ID and iPhone. My current family organizer, who set the restrictions, is no longer in contact with me due to personal issues, and now I'm living full-time with another parent who isn't connected to my Apple ID at all. I'm particularly concerned about not being able to download or delete apps. Is there any chance Apple support can help me in this situation, or has anyone dealt with something similar? This is my first Reddit post, so I appreciate any tips on formatting too!

I totally get where you're coming from! However, just a heads up, it's pretty unlikely that Apple would go against an adult to help a minor. That could create some legal issues for them, but maybe there are exceptions in special circumstances?

Unfortunately, it sounds like Apple won't be able to assist you directly. Typically, you may need to create a new account to bypass those restrictions since they take those responsibilities pretty seriously. Sorry to hear about your situation, though!

Yeah, that’s really disappointing. I can't even log in and out of different Apple IDs either. Thank you for your input!
