How Can I Get Technical Help from AWS for Free?

I'm working on a project that involves a Lex bot as an IAM user for our company's AWS account. I've hit some technical issues and I really want to discuss them directly with someone from AWS. Is there a way to contact AWS for technical assistance without incurring charges on our company account? I would really appreciate any guidance on this!

As mentioned, getting direct support from AWS usually requires a support subscription. You can only open technical cases if your company has one. If you don't, exploring their documentation online or asking questions in forums like this might be your best bet.

You might want to use AWS's AI bots to get help. They cover a lot on Lex and can provide good responses to your questions. There's no single email for technical help since AWS is too large for that, but the bots can really assist you.

You'll need a premium support subscription to get direct technical help from AWS. Otherwise, check out the various community forums like AWS's official re:Post, Stack Overflow, etc. They can be very useful.

First, check if your company has a Business or Enterprise Support plan. If they do, you might be able to access technical support that way. You can find more details on free and paid support options in an AWS article.

Is there an email address I could reach out to? I need some specific info about configuring Lex bots.

I'm not sure if we have a support plan set up. It seems like supervisors haven't arranged for paid support.
