I'm looking for the latest recommended patchset for Solaris 10 on SPARC, but we're in a tough financial situation—just one blind girl on SSI, so affording MOS isn't an option. We currently have the Solaris 10 CPU 2020-01 patchset, but we're aware that there's at least an October 2022 one available. Is there any other way to get these patches that doesn't involve a huge expense or a dismissive attitude from Oracle?

One option you might consider is to look into moving your services over to RHEL, which could save costs in the long run. But I understand, if you're just setting up a new SPARC machine just for specific testing, that's not ideal.
Yeah, that won't work for us since we're already committed to Solaris with our systems.
