I recently updated my iPhone 13 to the iOS 26 Beta version, but the performance hasn't been great. I made an iCloud backup beforehand, but now I'm trying to restore it back to iOS 18. I'm using recovery mode, but I keep running into error messages. Has anyone figured out a way to make this work?

You should definitely be able to do a recovery mode restore, but you need to ensure that your device is properly in recovery mode. What error are you seeing?
Just a heads up, that backup you made isn't necessarily going to work since iCloud backups get overwritten. The iOS 18 backup might have been replaced when you updated to iOS 26.
First, can you share what error code you're getting? Also, it might help to try a different USB cable or even a different computer, just to rule that out. Make sure your computer's software is up to date too!
I'm getting error code 11.
Have you tried using iMazing? It has modes for full erase and boot firmware restoration that can help eliminate all beta changes. It's saved me before and it's really handy! Also, if you have a public beta issue, reaching out to Apple Support could help. If it's a developer beta, they typically don't provide support for that. You might also consider visiting an Apple Store for assistance!
iMazing is definitely worth a shot. I've used it before and found it useful!
If recovery mode isn't working well with beta updates, you might want to try a DFU restore. It can be a bit tricky, but it's more thorough and can help get you back to a stable version.
