For the price range you're looking at, I'd suggest considering a different PSU. The Montech Century II 850W Gold has a Platinum efficiency rating and offers better value. You can check it out [here](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/sqbypg/montech-century-ii-850-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-century-ii-850w). Just to give you more options, Hardware Unboxed reviewed a bunch of B850 motherboards that might help you out too! Check that video here: [YouTube Review](https://youtu.be/hLMTT7-rfeM)
You should definitely consider upgrading to at least a mid-tier B850 motherboard for your 9800X3D. The one you’ve picked has subpar VRM cooling and lacks PCIe 5.0 support, which isn’t great for a high-end CPU. Also, if you're willing to spend a bit more, the 5070 Ti would be a better video card choice over the 9070 XT. And for the CPU cooler, the Thermalright Phantom Spirit is a newer model that performs slightly better.
Is there really a significant difference with the 5070 Ti? I thought the performance gap was only about 5%, and it costs an extra £100.
I agree on the motherboard upgrade. You might also want to look at changing the power supply since the MSI MAG has been noted for voltage fluctuations. A Corsair PSU could be a solid alternative!
I've updated the build with your suggestions. How's it looking now? Check it out here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/matej_jones/saved/RG4Wf7
