I've been having some frustrating internet connection issues with my PC in my room. It disconnects from Wi-Fi frequently when the signal gets weak. We have Cox fiber, and the Wi-Fi is generally good, but being on the second floor and far from the gateway makes it tough. My mom isn't keen on the idea of running ethernet cables along the walls, so I'm looking into alternative solutions. Any suggestions or thoughts? Thanks for your help!

One option is to buy an inexpensive router and set it up as a repeater. There are plenty of tutorials out there to help you with that. I used to do this a lot when I faced similar issues back in the day!
