I'm currently using OpenAI through Azure in Europe, and I've noticed that the quotas are pretty low—about 300k tokens per minute for GPT-5. I requested an increase, but it took weeks and I only received an additional 600k. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting better quota limits? Thanks!

I've been in the same boat with low quotas on GPT-5.1, and honestly, it's frustrating! They used to respond quickly when you asked for an increase, but now it seems like the requests can take forever. I had to make a second request after the first one was just ignored for over a month. It seems like this might be a widespread issue right now, especially since a lot of regions aren't supporting the Data Zone Standard deployments for newer models, which adds to the confusion.
