How can I install Davinci Resolve on CachyOS with an older AMD GPU?

I'm trying to install Davinci Resolve on my Ryzen 5 5500U laptop and Ryzen 5 3600 with an RX 5700XT graphics card. So far, I've had no luck with CachyOS, Debian, and OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. I really want to switch away from Windows, but I'm stuck having to use it every time I want to edit videos. I've tried various methods, including ROCm and OpenCL, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone offer guidance?

You might want to check out DavinciBox. It simplifies the installation process for Davinci Resolve on Linux systems. It's a good solution for users like us with AMD GPUs. Have you looked for tutorials that walk you through the steps? They can really help!

I started looking for tutorials but couldn’t find anything reliable. Did you come across any that actually worked for you?
