How can I optimize my PC build settings for better performance?

I've got a gaming setup with a Ryzen 7 5800X CPU on an MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus motherboard, coupled with a MasterLiquid ML240L V2 cooler, and an ASUS Dual 3060 Ti V2 Mini GPU. Currently, most settings are on default/auto, and I've noticed that my CPU voltage at idle is around 1.4V with a clock speed of 3800MHz, resulting in temperatures of 60-70°C. My GameBoost is off and PBO settings are also on auto. I'm looking for advice on what settings to tweak to enhance performance and reduce temps. I can provide a photo of my settings if needed. Additionally, I've adjusted the CPU voltage manually to 1.35V and attempted to set it to 4400MHz in Ryzen Master, but these settings reset upon restarting my PC. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

You might want to try enabling eco mode for your CPU; it can help with temperatures and power consumption. However, manually setting 1.35V for your CPU could be risky. While idle voltage around 1.4V is generally safe, it’s better to let the PBO do its job. It can automatically adjust for better performance depending on the load. There’s also a chance for better RAM tuning which might give you noticeable performance improvements in gaming. If you're really looking to get things right, I suggest reverting to default settings in Ryzen Master and BIOS, and then adjust everything through PBO.

That makes sense! So just reset everything and tweak it in PBO? Thanks for the tip!
