I've been trying to learn coding, specifically PHP, which I really enjoy, and I want to pursue a career in it. I've taken some classes and have been working through a full-stack course on Codecademy on and off, but nothing seems to stick, and I often lose motivation. I also like using SQL databases and have started looking into JavaScript with Node.js because I've read that PHP isn't as popular anymore. What can I do to overcome this mental block? I've attempted to use AI for guidance without much success, and I've tried note-taking and watching YouTube videos too.

About your concern with PHP, don't worry! Frameworks like Laravel and WordPress are still very relevant in the industry. Once you master one language, switching to another becomes easier because many concepts transfer over, such as how requests work and implementation of features. Just focus on building real projects that interest you; that hands-on experience is key!
