I've been trying to hide my recovery volume from showing up in 'This PC' on my computer. I've used the diskpart command in CMD to remove the drive letter, but every time I restart my PC, it comes back. Is there a way to hide it permanently without deleting the recovery partition?

It's good you're not looking to delete it since that recovery partition can really help if your system has issues. To hide the volume, after using diskpart to remove the letter, you might want to ensure you're following through with the commands correctly. Sometimes a tweak in the settings or a different approach with disk management could make a difference. Check if there's anything like 'Hide Volume' or consider using a third-party tool for more control over the visibility.
You could try using the 'Disk Management' utility, too. Right-click on 'This PC', go to 'Manage', then 'Disk Management'. Find your recovery partition, and right-click to change the drive letter or assign no letter. It might help to keep it hidden after a restart.
