I'm trying to run GTA V on my PC, which has an Intel Core i3-2120 processor, integrated Intel HD Graphics 2000, and 4GB of DDR3 RAM. I'm aware of its limitations and I really can't afford to upgrade or buy a new GPU. I was thinking about using the FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) mod along with some config tweaks. Is there any way I can achieve at least 30 FPS? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Honestly, your setup is pretty far below the minimum requirements for GTA V. Expecting it to run smoothly is a stretch. FSR won’t really save you here since your CPU and integrated graphics are just too weak for this game.
