I've been having a really frustrating issue with my laptop ever since I got it. When I try to scroll using the up and down arrow keys, instead of just moving up or down, it keeps locking onto links or messages. I'm running Windows 11, and I assume there's a setting somewhere to turn this off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

To fix that issue, head over to your Settings app. Under System, look for the Multitasking section, and there should be an option to disable the snapping feature.
That doesn’t seem to address the problem I’m facing. It only seems related to windows automatically resizing when I drag them around.
