I'm working on a web application for sports facility owners to help them manage bookings and track profits. One big issue in my area is theft, where employees fail to register bookings and pocket the cash. I've already implemented a history log to track employee actions, but I'm not convinced that's enough to prevent this problem. Has anyone faced a similar issue and found effective solutions, or do you know of any apps that handle this well? Any links or procedures you can share would be really helpful. Thanks!

I think the issue might not just be about the software. If staff aren’t entering data, no software can help with that. Maybe consider improving training or accountability instead?

So I should stop at the history log of the employee?
