How can I recover data from my Moto E4 Plus with a broken screen?

I accidentally ripped the screen off my Moto E4 Plus while trying to prevent further issues, and now I'm desperate to recover my images and videos. I've tried various data recovery programs, but they all seem to only work with Samsung devices. I really need to get my drawings back and don't want to start over from scratch. Any suggestions on how I can access my data?

Have you tried connecting your phone to a computer using a USB cable? You might be able to transfer files directly that way.

How do I accept sharing files to the PC if I can't see anything on the screen?

It sounds like your best option might be to get the screen replaced. Unfortunately, without a functional screen, accessing your data becomes really difficult unless you had enabled file access previously.

Yeah, I see I might just have to go that route. But given the age of the phone and my location in Venezuela, I'm concerned about the costs.

Have you checked if any of your photos or videos are backed up to Google Photos or other cloud services? You might have more than you think already stored there.

I do have some on Google Photos, but unfortunately, it’s not everything.
