I recently faced a syncing issue with Chrome that made me lose all my bookmarks and opened tabs. After not using my laptop for a while, I found that Chrome had logged me out. When I signed back in, Chrome crashed, and I lost everything. I checked the Local Storage and found the "Local State" file from before the crash. Is there a way to use this file to recover my bookmarks, or are there other methods I can try to get my data back?

You might want to check your Chrome app data folder for the bookmarks file and the bookmarks.bak file. Open them in a text editor to see if there's any info in them.
I did check those files, but unfortunately, they didn’t have anything useful in them.
