I set up two-factor authentication for my Instagram using Google Authenticator linked to my Gmail. Unfortunately, I had to factory reset my phone, and when I opened Google Authenticator afterward, I found that my Instagram codes were missing. Now, when I try to log into Instagram, it's asking for a security code that I no longer have, and I also don't have the backup code. Plus, my Instagram account doesn't have a profile picture that could help verify my identity. Can anyone suggest how I can restore access to my account?

Your Google Authenticator codes are linked to the Google account you used to set it up. Make sure you're signing in with the same account. If the codes still aren't appearing, unfortunately, it may be difficult to recover without backup codes.
I logged into the same account too, but my codes still weren’t there. Is there any other way to recover the account?
