I've been programming for about ten years now, and it feels like I've already attempted all the ideas I could come up with. Lately, I find that most problems just don't excite me anymore, and I'm struggling to regain my joy in coding. What are some ways I can find fresh inspiration or project ideas?

Have you tried asking people around you if they have any projects in mind? Sometimes just getting another perspective can spark new ideas. More brains on the problem can definitely help!
Why not take a fresh look at your old projects? Refactoring them or even rewriting can be a fun challenge. Just be prepared, diving back into old code can feel like revisiting old high school photos! If that doesn't do it, maybe contributing to open source projects might be a good change of pace. You’ll work on real problems that others care about and tackle some unexpected challenges.

I've done that a bit, but honestly, I feel like I've drained my friends and family of ideas. I'm getting a lot of "I don't know" or just really basic stuff. I worry that I'm the one holding myself back.
