I'm currently having a tough time with my computer. My graphics driver went haywire, and now I can't even boot into Windows—it's stuck on the loading screen. I tried to do a system restore, but I might have corrupted something by force-shutting down during the restart, and now it's just stuck on "diagnosing your PC." I've tried getting into the recovery environment, but it won't let me. I attempted to use a flash drive with Windows 11, but it's only giving me options to wipe my whole PC or try to repair it, and repairing just freezes. I'm really worried about losing all my files since I haven't backed them up. What should I do to get through this?

One option you could consider is backing up your files using a Linux live USB. You can boot from the Linux USB and access the files directly from your hard drive, allowing you to copy them to an external drive. After you've safely backed up your data, you can then proceed to reinstall Windows.
Could you explain how to create a Linux USB? I'm not sure where to start.
