I borrowed an SSD from a friend for extra storage, but it still has some of their Steam games installed on it. I'm looking to figure out the best way to delete these games to free up space. What steps should I follow?

Are you planning to keep the SSD or just borrowing it? If it’s a permanent thing for you, I’d recommend formatting it. If it’s temporary, it’s best to check with your friend before deleting any files.
If your friend is okay with you deleting stuff, you can either go through a file manager to delete the game folders or, if you want a clean slate, just format the entire drive.
For deleting Steam games, the easiest way is to navigate to the SteamLibrary folder (usually found in steamapps > common) and just remove the game's folder you want to delete.
