I recently decided to reinstall Windows 10 to fix an issue with my Bluetooth, and it seems that when I used the Microsoft boot media tool, it ended up downloading both Windows 10 and Windows 11. Now, when I boot from the ISO using Ventoy, it's creating a dual boot screen asking me which OS I want to use. I really don't want Windows 11, and this dual boot is getting annoying since I have to choose every time I start my computer. Does anyone know how to get rid of Windows 11 from this setup?

To get rid of Windows 11, you’ll need to delete the boot entries from your bootloader. This process can be a bit tricky, but once you manage it, those annoying prompts should stop.
If you're not getting anywhere, a clean install might be the simplest route. Just remember to wipe your disk completely instead of layering Windows on top of existing systems. You'll have a fresh start and can resolve the boot issue.
I was in the same boat after using Ventoy. When you install Windows 10 on a drive that had Windows 11, the boot files for Windows 11 might still be in the EFI partition, so it's not really Ventoy's fault. Just check your BIOS settings for boot entries.
