I'm trying to take out my SSD from a mounting bracket, and I can't see any screws holding it in place. I suspect it might just be stuck. I'm wondering if I can use a flathead screwdriver to pry it off, but I'm worried about damaging the SSD. I plan to use this SSD for my new PC while I wait for prices on the latest NVMe drives to go down. Any advice on how to proceed?

It’s possible that your SSD is secured with some double-sided tape underneath. If that's the case, you might not need to pry too hard; just a gentle wiggle could help. Just be cautious when you're doing it! Some users have managed to remove theirs without any harm that way.
Check to see if there are small screws hidden behind rubber pads on the bracket. Sometimes they’re designed that way for a cleaner look. If you don’t find any, then it’s likely just adhesive holding it down.
