Hey everyone! I'm looking for some feedback on my first gaming PC build. I gathered components that are available in my region (Eastern Europe), and I just want to know if this setup will work well. Here's what I have:

- GPU: RTX 5070 12GB OC WINDFORCE - €665 (Already Bought)
- CPU: RYZEN 7 7800X3D - €350 (Already Bought)
- Motherboard: ASRock B650 PG Lightning - €145
- RAM: PATRIOT VIPER Venom DDR5 2x16GB, 6000MHz, CL30 - €480
- PSU: SeaSonic Vertex GX ATX 3.0 750W - €210
- Case: Fractal Design North Charcoal - €160
- SSD: Lexar NM790 M.2 1TB - €170
- CPU Cooler: Arctic Freeze 36 Black - €43
- Back Fan: Noctua NF P12, 12cm 1700PWM - €20

I also have a 1080p 165Hz monitor and I'm planning to carry over some older SATA SSDs from my previous PC: a Samsung 870 Evo 500GB and an ADATA SU630 960GB.

Your build looks solid! One thing to consider is that your 1080p display might hold it back. I'd recommend upgrading to at least a 1440p monitor with 144Hz or higher to really get the most out of that RTX 5070.

Yeah, I know this setup might be a bit much for 1080p gaming, but it's what I've got for now. Appreciate the feedback!

This seems like a good build overall. Just a couple of suggestions:
1. If possible, try to find a B650E, X670, B850, or X870 motherboard for PCIe 5.0 support. It's not a huge deal, but if there's one for just €20 more, it might be worth switching.
2. Are there any Crucial 'T' SSDs (like T500 or T700) available? They often get priced lower than Samsung's high-end offerings and are great.
3. Check if the Peerless Assassin or Phantom Spirit coolers are available; they are excellent air coolers and usually quite affordable.

Those SSDs are tough to come by here right now. There's some multi TB versions, but they're pricey. Good point about the cooler though, I'll check my options. Thanks!

Your setup is pretty overkill for a 1080p monitor. Consider looking for a 1440p one down the line; it's a sweet spot for the RTX 5070. Otherwise, you'll have a fantastic machine that can handle games on high or ultra for years to come! Also, the CPU should last you a decade, and you can always upgrade to newer AM5 CPUs later. I bought a B850I Lightning for my son’s build recently—it wasn't much more than the B650I, and it offers more upgrade safety.

Thanks for the insights! I’ll look into getting a 1440p monitor eventually.
