I've got an HP laptop that keeps booting directly into Windows instead of going to Grub. Even though I have Ubuntu installed correctly and it runs fine, the BIOS doesn't list Ubuntu or Grub as boot options. I usually have to press F9 repeatedly just to select Ubuntu during boot. Has anyone experienced this issue and know how to configure it to boot into Grub automatically?

You might also look into the option to "boot from file" in your BIOS settings and manually select the Grub file. Some distros even have graphical boot repair tools that could help you fix the boot order issue.
You can try running `msconfig` in Windows, then head to the "Boot" tab. That should allow you to set the default operating system. However, keep in mind that if Ubuntu isn't showing up there, this might not work for you.
Make sure that your Linux installation was done in UEFI mode. If it was a legacy installation, consider reinstalling Ubuntu in UEFI mode. When starting the installer USB, choose the UEFI option if you see two available; this should match your system's settings to avoid boot issues. For dual booting, both operating systems need to be set on the same boot method.
Yeah, I checked, and Ubuntu isn’t listed—it's only showing Windows.
