I recently installed Linux (specifically Kubuntu with KDE Plasma) using VirtualBox, but it's quite slow. I believe a dual boot setup would be much better, but I want to know if there's a way to do this without using a USB drive. Any suggestions?

Using dual hard drives can simplify things because GRUB supports chain loading. If you're up for it, you could use another computer to set up a TFTP server for net boot installation. But honestly, picking up a decent USB drive could save you a ton of hassle in the long run.

Totally agree! I have a custom rig with multiple M.2 drives, and when I install Linux, I just unplug my Windows drive. After that, I install Linux on the other drive and can easily switch back and forth in the BIOS.
