I'm trying to connect my Nintendo DS to a network that only supports WEP, but I'm running into some trouble. I don't have an Android phone to create a hotspot, so I'm looking for alternatives. Is there any kind of dongle or Wi-Fi extender that could help? By the way, I have a Windows laptop that might be useful in this situation.

You might want to check your wireless router settings. Some of them allow you to set up a WEP connection along with 2.4 GHz 802.11b, which is what your DS needs to connect.
