I just got a new iPhone and moved all my data over, but I've run into a problem. I can't sell my old phone because Apple says it takes 30 days to remove it from Find My iPhone. Is there a way to bypass this delay and get them to process the removal faster?

Why are you looking to sell your new iPhone? Just curious!
If you removed the phone through the website rather than the device itself, try turning off Find My iPhone directly on the phone's settings. That could speed things up. Sometimes it shows it’s still activated for 30 days, but it’s technically unlocked.
That's a long wait! Have you tried just erasing the phone? It might help you get around the lock. Just wipe it and see if that makes a difference.
It would help if we had more details! Are you selling your old phone after upgrading? Where did you buy your new phone? Knowing these might give us a better perspective on your situation.
What exactly are they 'removing' from your account?
