Hi everyone! I'm heading into my third year studying Management Information Systems as part of my university's business school. After exploring various IT careers, I've become really interested in cloud computing. Currently, I work at the Help Desk as a student employee. I enjoy interacting with people and working on projects, but I'm not a fan of being constantly on the phone like I am in my Help Desk role. Coding isn't my strong suit either, but I'm fascinated by technology, especially when it comes to design. Given these preferences, I've been thinking that a Cloud Architect role could be a great fit for me. I'm planning to pursue the certification pathway of AZ-900, AZ-104, and AZ-305. I know it might take some time to reach that goal, but I'm here seeking advice on how to get started. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Your plan sounds solid! Definitely focus on finding a job or internship during college. The job market can be tough for new grads, but having some hands-on experience will really help you stand out.
Just a heads up, becoming a Cloud Architect means you'll still get inquiries from others when issues arise, so expect to be in the thick of it! I've been in Azure Cloud Architecture for five years, and understanding network concepts is crucial. It's all virtual in the cloud, but the fundamental ideas are the same as in physical or hybrid setups.
Thanks for the advice! Could you share a bit about your career path in this field?
