I have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on both my iPad and iPhone. I recently added some new accounts on my iPad, but I noticed that these accounts haven't synced over to the app on my iPhone. Is there a way to sync these accounts between my devices?

If your accounts are specifically tied to Microsoft, you'll likely need to set up those accounts separately on each device. For other accounts, backing them up to iCloud should enable syncing.
There isn’t a real-time sync between devices with Microsoft Authenticator. You can back up your accounts on your iPad to iCloud and then restore that backup on your iPhone. This means you'd need to repeat this process every time you add new accounts. A tip for the future: when adding new accounts, you can scan the setup QR code on both devices simultaneously!
To sync your accounts, you need to enable the backup feature on the app via iCloud on your iPad. Once that's set up, you can then restore the backup on your iPhone to get those accounts synchronized.
