I'm looking to upgrade my old computer for office work and want to know if it can handle a 1TB SSD. My motherboard is a Foxconn 45GMX, but I couldn't find any specific details about SSD compatibility in the manual. Any advice on checking compatibility would be really helpful!

As long as you have the right type of connection, you can definitely use a 1TB SSD. Your motherboard should have a SATA port, which is what most SSDs use. Just make sure to get an SSD that matches the port type! Also, check if you have an M.2 slot, which could support M.2 SSDs, but most likely, you'll be using SATA for an older board.

Got it! So I'll go for the SATA SSD then. Thanks a lot!
