I'm looking to create a comprehensive table that outlines how many Azure units we've utilized across all our subscriptions, as well as the total amount spent for each subscription over the month. I want to present all this data clearly, so any guidance on how to extract and organize this information effectively would be really helpful!

You can find this info in the Cost Management section of Azure. Just make sure you have the appropriate permissions set up for your role. It should give you a clear view of your spending and resource usage.
I have full permissions and can access all subscriptions, but I'm not sure how to format the data into tables that show both usage and spending. The billing information I get is pretty chaotic when exported to CSV. I also want a summary table for the whole year.
