I'm trying to synchronize about 300 contacts across several Android phones at work. Currently, all the contacts are stored on a Samsung phone. The other devices include two older Huawei models and a Redmi. I thought it would be straightforward, so I exported the contacts to a .vcf file and transferred it to the other phones. However, none of them are able to open the file, showing a message like 'failed to load from vcard' without any specific error codes. I've checked the file's format on a computer, and it looks fine. I'm concerned about data privacy, so using cloud services or external apps isn't an option. I considered copying the contacts to the SIM card as a solution, but I'm not sure if it can hold all 300 contacts. Does anyone have ideas for troubleshooting this issue or alternative methods? I'd really like to avoid entering all the contacts manually!

Have you tried logging into your Gmail account and exporting the contacts from there? You can save them directly to your email and then upload them on the other devices that way! Just a thought.
Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, we're restricted from using any third-party services.
