I'm trying to move files from my old MacBook to a new PC for a backup. I've copied the backup to an external hard drive, then used MacDrive software to transfer everything to my PC. However, when I try to open any of the files, they appear as a blank white page icon, and Windows prompts me to choose an app like Media Player or Notepad, which don't work. Can anyone help me figure out how to access these files? Do I need to reformat something? Thanks!
