I have 140 GB of free space on my drive and a 70 GB zip file that I need to unzip into a 100 GB folder. However, I don't have enough space to hold both the zip file and the fully unzipped version at the same time. Is there any way to manage this without having to delete a bunch of my files? I'm hoping there might be a method to split the zip file into smaller parts or something similar. Thanks!

Just to add to that, realistically, you'd need even more than 170 GB available. The temporary files created while unzipping can take up additional space, so if your drive is also your OS drive, you might be looking at needing around 200 GB.
Unfortunately, you can't unzip a 70 GB zip file into a 100 GB folder without having at least 170 GB free. That's because the temporary files created during the unzipping process require additional space as well.
You could also upload the zip file to a cloud service like OneDrive and unzip it there if that's doable for you. That way, you wouldn't have to worry about local storage limits.
Another option is to unzip the file on another device. If you have an external hard drive or even another computer, that could be a solution. You can unzip it there and then transfer the files you need back to your main PC.
