I have a 5th generation iPad from 2017 that's running iOS 10.3.3, and I want to update it to the latest version it supports, supposedly around iOS 16. It keeps telling me to update through my computer, but since it's so old, iTunes doesn't recognize it. What are my options to get this iPad updated?

First, it’s important to know whether you’re using a Mac or a Windows PC. The latest iTunes version on Macs is kinda dated, but if you’re using a PC, try getting the Apple Devices app. That might help recognize your iPad for the update.

This worked perfectly! Thank you so much! I didn’t even know that app existed.
