Hey everyone! I'm looking for some guidance on upgrading my PC for the first time. I built it about six years ago with some birthday money and summer job savings, so I'm on a budget here! My setup is as follows: I've got a 'Green' High airflow bumblebee case, one stick of 16GB RAM, an ASUS Phoenix GT 1030 GPU, two fans (not sure of the model), an Asus Prime B365M-K motherboard, a 400W Green ATX12V power supply, and an Intel i5 CPU. I'm considering upgrading to either a GeForce GTX 1660 Super or an RTX 2060, but I'm not sure if my power supply can handle that. Also, do I need to upgrade my CPU as well?

If you're thinking about getting a better CPU, you'll likely need to change the motherboard too, and possibly the RAM. For the GPU, make sure to check the power requirements of the one you're considering and see if you need a new PSU as well.
Upgrading the GPU will definitely give you a boost in performance, but your CPU might start to hold you back sooner rather than later. With a 400W PSU, the RTX 2060 is a bit on the edge since it requires under 175W, and your entire system might draw around 200W. The 1660 Super should be fine, just ensure your PSU has the right 8-pin connector.
