I have a CD that contains a video about a family member who survived the Holocaust and I want to upload it to YouTube. First, see if you can play the CD on a library computer. If it has video files on it, uploading them to YouTube could be as easy as dragging and dropping them from the CD to your computer, then following the upload instructions on YouTube. Just treat the CD like a regular drive!
