I'm trying to use Bluetooth headphones with my Dell Optiplex Micro 7020 at work. I checked the specs, and there's no mention of Bluetooth support, but it does have available USB ports. Is there a Bluetooth adapter that I can plug into the USB port that provides a reliable connection? Thanks in advance!

Most likely, Bluetooth is turned off in the OS settings. If you're not the admin, you should definitely reach out to IT for help. Otherwise, a quick Google search can show you how to enable it if you have the rights on your machine.
Look for a USB Bluetooth 5.3 or 5.4 dongle on Amazon. There are many options, including ones that come with longer ranges if you're looking for extra coverage.
It's possible your IT admin has disabled Bluetooth for security reasons. It’s best to check with them before buying a dongle. If they don’t allow it, consider a 3.5mm headphone to Bluetooth adapter; they just plug into the headphone jack and usually work without needing software.
Your Optiplex should actually have Bluetooth capability. Have you checked to see if it's just disabled? If it isn't equipped, I recommend grabbing a well-reviewed Bluetooth dongle from Amazon. TP-Link's UB500 is a solid choice!
The Optiplex Micro 7020 does support Bluetooth 5.3! If you need help enabling it, that might require admin assistance if it's locked down.

I haven't checked yet since the specs don’t mention Bluetooth.
